GENERAL INFORMATION:
EARLY registration for Delegates/Alternates is $410.00 (includes $10.00 credit card processing fee online) if purchased by June 26, 2026.
EARLY registration for Non-Delegates/Non-Alternates/Guests is $485.00 (includes $10.00 credit card processing fee online) if purchased by June 26, 2026. Non-Delegates and Non-Alternates who are DOP members can purchase their convention package via DOP. Guests who are not DOP members however must purchase their convention package via AHEPA.
Registration packages purchased after June 26th or purchased on-site will be $500.00 for delegates/alternates and $575.00 for non-delegates/alternates/guests.
If you are a delegate/alternate and do not see the delegate/alternate price, please contact your chapter to ensure the chapter delegate/alternate reporting form was sent to Headquarters.

7/27/2026 - AHEPA Family Opening Ceremonies & AHEPA Family American Bandstand Dance Party
7/28/2026 - AMERICA the BEAUTIFUL Reception
7/29/2026 - AHEPA Family Athletic Luncheon & AHEPA Family Celebrates AMERICA 250
7/30/2026 - AHEPA Family Awards Brunch, Daughters of Penelope Salute to Women Honoring Journalist, Professor, Writer, and Photographer Dody Tsiantar, and AHEPA Family Greek Night Dance
7/31/2026 – AHEPA Family Grand Banquet and Grand Ball
Please note, your convention badge is your admission to ALL events so please keep it with you at all times. A $50.00 administration fee will be charged for replacement.
Refund Policy: Registration refund requests MUST be received in writing by June 26, 2026. If received by this date, a refund will be issued, less a $35 administrative fee.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER June 26th (no exceptions).
Please remember all delegates and alternates must be paid through 2026 in order to be seated at the Supreme Convention.
