Welcome to the 102nd AHEPA Family Supreme Convention!
Your convention registration package includes the following:
7/21/2024: AHEPA Family Welcome Event
7/22/2024: AHEPA Family Supreme Convention Opening & Welcome
7/23/2024: AHEPA Family Ministry of Tourism Event
7/24/2024: AHEPA Family Presidential Palace Event
7/25/2024: AHEPA Family Athletic Awards Event & AHEPA Family Grand Banquet & Ball
7/26/2024: AHEPA Founders Day Event at the Garden

•  Please bring your receipt with you to the registration desk as confirmation of your registration.
•  EARLY registration for DELEGATES & ALTERNATES is $410 (includes $10 credit card fee) if purchased by June 1.
•  EARLY registration for NON-DELEGATES/NON-ALTERNATES/GUESTS is $485 (includes $10 credit card fee) if purchased by June 1.
•  Individual event tickets can be purchased on-site in addition to convention packages at $500 for delegates/alternates and $575 for non-delegates/non-alternates/guests.

Please note your convention badge is your admission to ALL events. A $50.00 administration fee will be charged in the event you need a replacement.

Refund Policy: Registration refund requests MUST be received in writing by June 1. If received by this date, a refund will be issued, less a $35 administrative fee.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER June 1st (no exceptions).

Please remember all delegates and alternates must be paid through 2024 in order to be seated at the Supreme Convention.

We will be e-mailing all registered convention attendees additional information regarding DOP meetings once convention registration closes.
